Selected work

A few things I've built recently.

LeaseRead

AI-powered lease and contract analysis — upload a PDF, get clause-by-clause flags and plain-English explanations. Built end to end: parsing pipeline, AI analysis layer, and pay-per-scan billing, deliberately account-free to keep the flow frictionless.

The Caddie Co.

Offline-first iOS golf-tracking app — live GPS scoring, satellite hole maps, and a club-recommendation engine. Course data comes straight from OpenStreetMap via an Overpass API importer, with bidirectional SQLite ↔ Supabase sync and conflict resolution.

Pip

A multi-strategy algorithmic trading engine — RSI mean reversion, London breakout, MACD crossover — executing live through the IG Markets API, with per-trade risk sizing and a real-time dashboard. Rebuilt position tracking around a single source of truth after live price reads caused UI desync.

About

I like structure — reviewing pull requests, setting conventions, being the person a team leans on when frontend architecture gets messy. I'm just as comfortable working alone: picking a problem apart, building the pieces that matter, and shipping without waiting on anyone else's opinion. Mostly I'm just curious about how things work under the surface, and I'd rather rebuild the wrong abstraction than live with it.
